§ ABSTRACT: Out of graph theory Whitney deduced an example of matroid and named poligonal matroid. In this work we extend his result up to the hypergraphs, and define the hiperpoligonal matroid. We present also the Edmonds-Fulkersen’s in Terms of the matching hipergraph, and the hiper-matching matroid
