§    ABSTRACT: We consider optimal control problems with impulsive controls represented by measures. A notable feature of our formulation is that the integrand associated with the impulse control is allowed to be state dependent. We discuss possible definitions of the measure driven dynamical equations. Properties of relaxed controls are explored. Conditions for existence of minimizing impulsive controls are given, when the dynamical equations are interpreted in the robust sense.
