§    ABSTRACT: We present a statistical study for the malaria and delineation of the partner-economic models to represent it in Brazil, where it continues responding for a great number of deaths, mainly in the North region. To materialize this objective, it had been collected in 2004, partner-economic data and incidence of this illness in 90 cities of the regions North, South and Southeast of Brazil. We analyse the infection through the normal linear and binomial negative log-linear models with presentation of results and suggestions for further works.

§    KEYWORDS: Linear regression; malaria; negative binomial; probabilistic model.
