§    ABSTRAC: In the present work, we present a comparison of levels of  satisfaction in the service of Intensive and Intermediate  Care and  service of set accommodation of the patients of the Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal (INMP) of Lima using theory of multivariate inference statistical  (Johnson  and Wichern, 1992). We use the data generated at work Solano, O. et al. (2007a), which analyzed levels of satisfaction in services of Intensive and Intermediate  Care  of the patients of the Instituto Nacional Materno Perinatal (INMP); and other work Solano, O. et al (2007b) where we studied levels of satisfaction in service of Set Accommodation of the INMP. The sample size were 60 patients attending the service  of Intensive and Intermediate  Care and 55  patients of the service of Set Accommodation (Solano et al 2006).              We made a questionary  for each service and we consider questions with respect to the medical doctor, non medical personal and the infrastructure of the INMP.

§    KEYWORDS: Multivariate analysis; test hypotheses; T2 de Hotelling; level of satisfaction of the patients in health services.
